Lizzie Allison, President
Lizzie is a sophomore at St. Francis High School. Her desire to help foster youth stemmed from performing at age 8 in the musical Annie. Since then, she has always wanted to help foster kids, but because of her young age, she couldn’t find a way to help until now. Lizzie decided to start her own nonprofit where kids like her and other volunteers can help foster kids.
Celebrating birthdays is something everyone can understand and enjoy, and it is a volunteer project for all ages. Lizzie wants to make her four years of high school count, by bringing joy to foster youth in the Sacramento area. Lizzie is also an active volunteer with National Charity League, Inc., El Dorado Hills, and she is passionate about playing basketball.

Andralee Harmon, Board Member
Andralee is a sophomore at St. Francis High School, where she plays basketball and enjoys her studies. She was adopted when she was nine and was in the foster system. She was inspired to help foster youth as a way to give back to those who didn’t get the chance she did. She aspires to be a cop one day and Team Celebrate is another way she hopes to give back to her community and kids who were in positions similar to hers.
